Platinum Features

•  All the benefits of the above, plus -
•  "Free of charge call-outs" including labor and travel if the systems is faulty
•  "Free of charge replacement parts" if the system is faulty
•  "Free of charge replacement rechargeable batteries" every 5 years
•  Repairs / faults caused by operator misuse, power / telephone line failures, or natural events, ie, floods, lightning etc are not covered, and will be charged for including labor, travel and replacement parts.
